Paul is in the orange shirt.
Paul was in his first race. To get him ready I would have him ride around our block. I told him he was going to be in a race and that he just needed to have fun. He asked me if he would be the fastest and I told him probably not because he still had training wheels on, but again just have fun and try his hardest. He was going to get to race where the race cars race. Very exciting for a 5 year old. Well, 4 days before the race he told me he wanted to take his training wheels off. So off they went and he got on, at first his take off was a little shaky, but he pretty much just took off too! He didn't win the race still but he loved it!
The sprinkler dance begins.
Trevor, my allergy boy. First we find out that he is allergic to milk. Through lots of gas and bowel movements, no Doctor confirmation yet. At first we tried Lactose free milk....not for him. After some research we tried goats milk. Of course it works at $5 a quart, making it $20 a gallon!! Next he started to get really bad eczema. After a short while we realize it is the sunscreen! So what is a super white boy to do?? I am going to try some natural zinc oxide based stuff, but again expensive! Oh well. He loves to sit on top of the play set fort. Actually he loves to climb on top of everything! He is a happy little guy that demands his way. He argues about everything even eating a Popsicle! Good Grief, maybe he is going through his rebellious stage now and his high school years will be a breeze....(I know Mom you are laughing right now)
