Today is a day of eating, so in general it is a day you really can't complain about. I spent the day cooking, feeding Trevor, and loafing about. My mom came down here to spend some time and help out with the new baby....who knew she was coming all the way to Florida to have a root canal. What a way to spend a vacation!

YESSSSS!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pumpkin cookies...I have a recipe that is even simpler than that one, and it has choclate chips...I skip the frosting too...and with Coffee for breakfast, DOESN't get much better than that !!
